When amazon returns the good and customers cannot get the tracking order number, can the system identify which customer’s return order corresponds to the returned products?

The system has two ways to corresponds returned order when the tracking number cannot access:

1) When OMS customers create a return forecasting in the system, they can fill in the RMA as customer name + returned batch number (for example Queena_001) and fill in the information in the address info field of the package returned by Amazon so that the warehouse can retrieve the corresponding return order in the WMS system through RMA when the warehouse received returned order from Amazon.

2) OMS do not make a return forecast. When the warehouse receives a return from Amazon, it will create a return claim form for the OMS customer by scanning the tracking number, and the OMS customer will replenish the SKU information after getting the tracking number provided by Amazon.
