Steps: Warehouse >Return>Create Return>Fill in the information（ red* is required）>Add product and quantity>Select processing method>Check additional services as needed>Save

RMA: It is the return batch number that used to identify whom the shipment is from, youcan make up your own code like Name+date, Jason0718. You have to enter either RMA# or tracking#.

Tracking#: return shipment tracking#. When there are multiple tracking numbers, separate them with commas;

When the processing method is “relable”, upload the new SKU label by clicking ‘upload’

You can add multiple packages if there’s more than one.
